Founder & Principal Broker
Margaret Ashworth founded Crescent & Oak Realty in 2011 after a decade representing luxury new-construction developments across Central Florida. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and has closed more than $410 million in residential sales across Winter Park, Windermere, Dr. Phillips, and Lake Nona.
Raised in Winter Park and educated at Rollins College, Margaret built Crescent & Oak around a simple premise: buyers and sellers of distinguished property deserve a broker who treats every transaction like it's the only one that matters.
